The terms and conditions offered here constitute the agreement between you and Feltham Minicabs. Booking a Minicab and using the service indicates that you have unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions as they are listed in the agreement.
Definitions
In this agreement, "Feltham Minicabs," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider, while "you" and "your" may pertain to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
Booking
2.1 You are responsible for ensuring sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in requirements. Feltham Minicabs will not be liable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness for collection.
2.2 It is your responsibility to select a car size that accommodates your party and luggage. We do not guarantee the carriage of excessive luggage, and, regardless of age, a child is considered a single passenger.
2.3 If wheelchair access is required, kindly specify this at the time of booking.
Prices & Payment
3.1 Our quotes are based on information provided by you and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust the quote in case of substantial itinerary changes.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and airport parking fees. Additional waiting time will be subject to standard Feltham Minicabs rates. We strive to accommodate flight delays but are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting a quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Feltham Minicabs of any discrepancies may result in delays or costs for which we are not liable.
3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, by credit card, or by debit card.
The Service
4.1 You are accountable for the behaviour of all passengers during the journey. A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively affected by passengers.
4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed in the vehicle.
4.3 All children in the vehicle must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.
4.4 We cannot carry more passengers than allowed by licensing or insurance.
Cancellations
5.1 In case of a cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible. If a cancellation occurs after dispatch, charges will apply, calculated based on
the distance and time covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.
5.2 Cancellations made before vehicle dispatch for online bookings may incur a charge against the original payment.
Liability
6.1 While we endeavour to ensure punctual arrivals, we are not responsible for losses due to uncontrollable delays. Under no circumstances will Feltham Minicabs be liable for any losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 In case of a vehicle breakdown during the journey, we will make efforts to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.
6.4 You will not hold Feltham Minicabs responsible for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from actions or omissions by anyone in your party.
6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or other matters defined as unenforceable by applicable laws.
Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is jeopardized due to abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
Miscellaneous
8.1 Feltham Minicabs may subcontract its obligations as per this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your obligations or rights under this agreement.
8.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, and such changes will be posted on this page. Regularly review these terms to stay informed. Existing bookings will be charged at the rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 We process information under the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Feltham Minicabs and you.
8.5 No provision in these terms and conditions is intended to confer benefits on a third party. Enforceable rights under this agreement must be established in writing.
Disputes
Any disputes or claims must be submitted within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims made after this period will not be entertained by Feltham Minicabs.
